The pressure of first piston:

p1=F1S1p_1=\frac{F_1}{S_1}

According to Pascal's law p1=p2p_1=p_2.

Then

F1S1=F2S2\frac{F_1}{S_1}=\frac{F_2}{S_2}

and

F2=F1S2S1=20×20.2=200NF_2=\frac{F_1 S_2}{S_1}=\frac{20 \times 2}{0.2}=200N
