It may appear silly question to you but I seriously want to know it's ans please
The quest is
When we press our toe on floor remember toe not whole foot then our heels get moving up
Is it the normal reaction reaction force given by floor
But when force is exerted bu toe then how feet starts moving up

A: No. The pair of action-reaction forces is applied at the point where the toe meets the ground (see the figure below).


Q: But when force is exerted by toe then how feet starts moving up?


A: The reason is in the muscles. Gastrocnemius muscle contracts and lifts the foot (heel) up while toe plays a role of fulcrum (hinge):
