a concrete slab that measure 2m x 1m x 20cm is delivered to a building under construction. Does it contain steel reinforcing or is it plain concrete?

It’s evident that the slab contains steel (or may be plastic) reinforcing: a slab made from concrete only can not be used for a building construction because is not able to withstand to loads due to very low strength.
