Answer on question #44045, Physics – Mechanics | Kinematics | Dynamics
Can a body move with constant acceleration but with zero velocity?
In physics, motion is a change in position of an object with respect to time and its reference point.
There is no positions changes with zero velocity and so there is no motion or moving with zero velocity.
And so about acceleration – acceleration defined velocity changes rate (its value or direction). With constant acceleration velocity would be changed (by value or direction).
