the pictures in T.V. screen undergo vibration because the picture is transmitted as a signal (electromagnetic wave) when the wave reaches the aircraft, it can not pass through the metal shell, and it bounces from the surface of the aircraft. Therefore, wave reaches the receiver antenna in a distorted form. Picture is blurred. When the aircraft flies away, the image becomes normal because there is nothing stopping the spread of electromagnetic wave.
