A water filled tube 3/4" in diameter is a perfect circle .A metal cylinder 1'4" long and 1/2" in diameter sits inside the tube.I have attached an outlet tube 1/4" in diameter to the 3/4" circular tube that is filled with water ,connected a water pump in the middle (inlet side of the pump) an outlet tube
on the other side of the pump (flowing pressure out ) and connected it back to the 3/4" Tube . If I use
a water pump with enough pressure, will it keep the metal cylinder inside revolving around ?
