suppose i am rotating a perfect circular plate on my index finger without any difflection and suppose there are some water droplets on that circular plate then they falls tangentially. in other case everything is same but the plate is rotating with a horizontal difflection .
tell me
1) in which case the droplets will be coming out early and why ?
2) if the velocity is same for both the cases then what happens to waterdrops ? whether they will take same time to come out in both the cases ?
