During the experiment, the water boiling point is usually set. Stirrer is normally utilized in thick water mixtures with the solids. However water gets boiling point at 100°C, solids rely on heat gained by water tin heating up themselves. Therefore, stirrer assists heat in spreading equally within the mixture. Glass rod however is used in mixing the solids to gain the heat and relate with the temperature of water. The provided solid is initially weighed and further heated through suspending it with thread inside the beaker having boiling water.
