a perfect body is converted to equal energy , now suppose same body develops some non performing parts which cant function anymore ,now here mass remains same but it cant equalise with same energy as above ,hence how can e=mc2 be applicable to both

Yes, the mass remains the same and that is why the equation "E=mc^2" can still be applied. Why can't it equalise with the same energy as above? This energy depends on mass and the mass remains the same.
