when an object is moving along x-direction with constant velocity "v" from time t1 to t2.

Then the displacement "\\Delta x=v\\Delta t" .

where , "\\Delta t" is the difference in time which is "(23-14)min" .

After calculating "\\Delta x" we can then estimate the maximum velocity as

"V=\\Delta x\/\\Delta t"

Answer:

Hence we can estimate the maximum velocity when a train moves in east direction.
