$|\Delta \overrightarrow{v}|=\sqrt{|\overrightarrow{v}_P|^2+|\overrightarrow{v}_Q|^2}$

$|\Delta \overrightarrow{v}|=\sqrt{300^2+300^2}=424\ m/s$
