A car is photographed by a red light camera with the rear numberplate crossing the line when the light is red. The light has been red for .6 of a second after having been amber ( in Australia the light are green, amber red). the questions is, is it possible for the light to have been amber when the driver crossed the white line, the driver sitting about 2m in front of the rear of the car. If it is possible, how fast would the car have been travelling for the wheels to cross the same line 06 of a second later? Thankyou, I hope this is clear. Annabel Fraser
