S=FlS=\dfrac{F}{l}


where F=F= Force

l=l= length


So Dimmension of surface tensin,=MLT2L=MT2\dfrac{MLT^{-2}}{L}=MT^{-2}


Hence , Dimmension of surface tension is MT2MT^{-2}
