Answer

A moving object is called in equilibrium if it moves with a constant velocity; and also acceleration is zero. A zero acceleration is the properties of an body in equilibrium.

b)when a system is in stable and at rest to gain complete static equilibrium, a system must have both means have a net torque of zero and have a net force of zero then system is called in static equilibrium.
