According to the Ohm's law "V=IR", therefore, if the resistance is increased and the current is kept constant, the potential difference also increased.

Does that mean if i want to increased p.d between two points in a circuit I will just increased the resistance or should i increased or change the volt of the battery or EMF of the cell
