Two charged metal balls are separated by a sphere. One ball is charged negatively and the other positively. After an hour, the positive and negative charges are the same. Is the bar made of an insulator or conductor?

Conductors has very low electrical resistivity.

Therefore, if it had been conductor, the balls would have been neutrar (without charge)

Hence. it is insulator.
