As we can see the paint is negatively chraged

Door of the car is and the body of the car is positively charged.

So, positively charged body of the car will attract the negatively charged paint droplets so it will get stick with the door and body of the car. Here the nozzle of the paint gun is negatively charge and which repel the paint because paint is also negatively charge which accelerate the paint over the body of the car.

So we can conclude that statement 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 are false only statement 3 is true. As the droplets are negatively charged so it will repel to each other with it will attract towards the car's body.
