As per the given question,



We know that "H=\\sqrt{\\frac{\\epsilon_o}{\\mu_o}}E\\cos\\theta"

From the above, we can conclude that "\\mu_o \\propto \\epsilon_o"

and from the snell's rule,"\\frac{\\sin i}{\\sin r}=\\frac{\\mu_2}{\\mu_1}=\\frac{\\epsilon_1}{\\epsilon_2}"

So, we can conclude that if angle of refraction is greater then medium is rarer. Hence we can say that "\\epsilon_{2}>\\epsilon_1"

Hence, option (a), (c), (d) and (f) is the correct answer.
