Answer to Question #169 in Electricity and Magnetism for michaellevi

Question #169
Alternative current flows by infinitely long solenoid. Magnetic field inside of solenoid is defined by the formula H=(4π/c)*i, where i – current, which falls within the unit of length of solenoid. If on solenoid put a wiry coil then the magnetic stream through it will change and in the coil will appear induction stream. The magnetic field in the place of the coil is equal to zero and the reasons for emergence of induction stream are not noticed. Explain the paradox.
