The expression for the electrostatic force between two charges is

F=kq1q2r2=(9109)(4106)(5106)(3)2F=\frac{kq_1q_2}{r^2}=\frac{(9*10^9)(4*10^{-6})(5*10^{-6})}{(3)^2}

=0.02N=0.02 N

So the acceleration of the more massive sphere is

a=Fm=0.02N2kg=0.01m/s2a=\frac{F}{m}=\frac{0.02 N}{2 kg}=0.01 m/s^2
