As per the given question,
When we will put the negative charge at the center of the conducting spherical shell, then due to the central charge, the opposite charge will get induce on the inner surface of the conducing spherical shell, and opposite charge will get induced on the outer part of the spherical shell, but as per the question, there is already +q charge is placed, so outer surface of the spherical shell will get neutralize. Hence the field lines will be as per the given diagram.
