True. Paramagnetic materials have very weak residual magnetism. After heating, their molecular clusters responsible for magnetic properties become oriented spontaneously and high temperatures are, thus, negatively affect their magnetic properties. Paramagnetic materials also have some kind of hysteresis, and, therefore, are easier to saturate at low temperatures.
