Calculate mutual inductance between two circuits within a connector, from this estimates the amount of crosstalk caused by the connector compared to when no connector was used?

There are two Printed Circuit Boards separated by 10.16mm and the two
tracks are now taken through a connector which bridges the gap. As well as the two signal pins,
which are the same size as the tracks, there is an Earth pin which is centrally placed and which is
connected to the ground planes through via holes.
