$R_1'=R_1+R_2$

$R=2R$

Now

$R_{eq}=\frac{2R\times R}{2R+R}$

$R_{eq}=\frac{2}{3}R$

$I=\frac{350\times3R}{2}$

$I=525A$

Now

$I_1':I_3=\frac{1}{2}:\frac{1}{1}$

$I_1':I_3=1:2$

$I_1'=\frac{1}{3}\times525=175A$

$I_3=\frac{2}{3}\times525=350A$

$I_1=I_2=175A$
