From Ohms law;

"V=IR"

Therefore;

"R=\\frac{V}{I}"

Situation 1:

I=0.005A

V=120V

Therefore;

"R_1=\\frac{120}{0.005}=24000\\Omega"

Situation 2:

I=0.15A

V=120V

"R=\\frac{120}{0.15}=800\\Omega"
