V=V1=V2=12VV=V_1=V_2=12V

The current flowing through each resistor is;

I1=VR=123=4AI_1=\frac VR=\frac{12}{3}=4A

I2=VR=128=1.5AI_2=\frac VR=\frac{12}{8}=1.5A
