What will be the flux through a closed surface. Why does not contain any charge?

According to Gauss's theorem


"\\Phi=\\frac{1}{\\epsilon_0}\\sum q_i" . So, if "q_i=0" then "\\Phi=0" .

If a closed surface does not have any charges inside the enclosed volume, then the electric flux through the surface is zero.
