Total resistance of the circuit,

R=(1n1+n2+1n3)1+n4R=\bigg(\dfrac{1}{n_1+n_2}+\dfrac{1}{n_3}\bigg)^{-1}+n_4

R=(11+1+11)1+1R=\bigg(\dfrac{1}{1+1}+\dfrac{1}{1}\bigg)^{-1}+1

R=53 ΩR=\dfrac{5}{3}\space \Omega

EMF of cell, Vs=10 VV_s=10\space V

Current in the circuit, i=VR=10×35=6 Ai=\dfrac{V}{R}=\dfrac{10\times3}{5}=6\space A

Applying KCl in loop 1,

i1n1+i1n2(ii1)n3=0i_1n_1+i_1n_2-(i-i_1)n_3=0

2i1=6i12i_1=6-i_1

i1=3 Ai_1=3\space A
