As per the question,

It is incomplete question, so i am taking assumption that here we have to find the force

Let there is two charged sphere A and B, and distance between OA is =5cm

distance between OB=4cm and AB = 3cm

Charge on A is =2μC=-2\mu C

Charge on B is =2μC=2\mu C

force between two charges is (F)=q1q24πϵor2(F)=\frac{q_1 q_2}{4\pi \epsilon_o r^2}

Now, substituting the values,

F=9×109×2×2(3×102)2N\Rightarrow F=-\frac{9\times 10^{9}\times2\times 2}{(3\times 10^{-2})^2}N

F=4×1013N\Rightarrow F=-4\times 10^{-13}N

Here negative sign indicates that the force between these two charges is attraction force.
