As per the question,

It is incomplete question, so i am taking assumption that here we have to find the force

Let there is two charged sphere A and B, and distance between OA is =5cm

distance between OB=4cm and AB = 3cm

Charge on A is "=-2\\mu C"

Charge on B is "=2\\mu C"

force between two charges is "(F)=\\frac{q_1 q_2}{4\\pi \\epsilon_o r^2}"

Now, substituting the values,

"\\Rightarrow F=-\\frac{9\\times 10^{9}\\times2\\times 2}{(3\\times 10^{-2})^2}N"

"\\Rightarrow F=-4\\times 10^{-13}N"

Here negative sign indicates that the force between these two charges is attraction force.
