Write a plan of two main steps to get the correct voltage of the batteries, without burning out the lamps.

Bulb can wear maximum voltage =2V, 4.5V and 9V

If we will connect these bulb in series, then the equivalent resistance of the bulb will increase and the given battries we will connect in parallel.

Hence the combination of the bulb will be in series and the combination of the batteries will be in parallel.
