But when I start moving by holding it in the same position at the same height what energy conversions take place
What happens to that potential energy??

At the same height potential energy remains the same. When you move it in the same position at the same height you do the work to increase its kinetic energy.

Does that mean that the chair in my hand moving with me has potential
and kinetic energy both But when I stop the chair too stops then where
does the KE goes
