When we jump on a trampolin we put action force due to which it bends but gains its original shape by restoring force
But we also know that no body is perfectly elastic then the reaction force to bring trampolin in its original shape would also be less then how it follows newton's 3rd law

Nobody is perfectly elastic then some amount of the mechanical energy will be transformed into the heat. It does not violate newton's 3rd law.
