L=1km=1000m

Speed v=100mi/hr=44.74m/s

Now train take to pass passenger

"t=\\frac{L}{v}\\\\=\\frac{1000}{44.74}\\\\=22.35sec."

No, the length will not contracted

Because it's velocity is not in order of speed of light.
