Answer

According to second law of newton

Change in momentum is known as force.

"F=\\frac{dP}{dt}"

Momentum is P=mv

So force becomes

"F=m\\frac{dv}{dt}=ma"

Now force applied by a person throwing the Frisbee is depend on their mass as well as acceleration.

If mass is higher then acceleration becomes low and vice versa.
