If a body is placed at height h from the surface of the earth then expression for gravitational acceleration is given by

$g_h=\frac{g_s}{(1+\frac{h}{R_e}) ^2}$

Where

$g_s$ is gravitational acceleration at surface of earth.

h is height

$R_e$ is radius of earth.
