Answer to Question #168434 in Atomic and Nuclear Physics for bethv

Question #168434

13) A conducting circular ring of radius R1= 3.5 cm carries a current i_1 of 2 A. It’s central axis is the y axis, it is parallel to the x−z plane, and it’s centre is located at (0,3,0) cm. A second circular conducting ring of radiusR2= 5 cm carries a current of 1 A. It’s central axis is also the y axis and it is also parallel to the x−z plane but it’s centre is located at (0,-3,0) cm. A long, thin, straight conducting wireis parallel to the y axis and lies in the x−y plane. It is carrying a current i_w of 5 A and intersects the x axis at x= 10 cm.
