The neutron star is a type of a result of stellar evolution. The neutron star is a collapsed core of a massive star, the mass of a star is between 10 and 25 solar masses. The radius of a neutron star is near 10 km and the mass can't exceed ~2 solar masses. These objects have extremely large densities of "\\sim10^{17}\\,\\mathrm{kg\/m^3}" . These densities are similar to densities of the atoms' nuclei. These objects don't produce heat, they're slowly cooling. Most of neutron stars rotate rapidly and some of them have strong magnetic fields (to "10^{11}" T). Some of neutron stars may be observed in form of pulsars with accurate small periods.
