Question

Theoretically speaking, could a wormhole in the Milky Way transport us to another region in the Milky Way? Or would we more likely be blasted to who knows where?

There is no exact evidence of existance of wormholes. So all conclusions can be made are only hypotetical, and so it is impossible to say, if wormholes exist, is it possible to travel through them, and what would happen if one try to do so.
