Explain the process of evaluation in a qualitative and quantitative approach foe the audience
a) As an intern, her roles will be as follows;
i) She will be assisting in writing press releases for products of the British Tobacco.
ii) Assist in creating internal communications to employees
iii) Time on time be assigned to monitor the publication of written articles on broadcast and social media.
iv) To help build the brand, spread the organization's message and minimize the effect of negative publicity.
b) Creation of public relations strategy involves five major development processes which are;
1) define the problem or the situation which involves the product or organization that we are branding.
2) Developing the objectives and strategies that address the situation, implementing the strategies.
3) Deciding on the target audience and the set the timelines.
4) measuring the results of the public relations efforts.
c) An evaluation can use quantitative or qualitative data, and often includes both. Both methods provide important information for evaluation, and both can improve community engagement. Qualitative approach involves using non-quantitative measures in analyzing audience. These could include observation or interviewing the audience to draw their conclusions. A quantitative approach involves statistical analysis where one has to collect data and analyze it then draw conclusions about the audience.
