The system needs to allow the user to register an account and request vaccination for the user and his/ her dependent. Besides, the system will also allow the system administrator to manage, set and reschedule vaccination appointment date in case if users are unable to turn up for their vaccination appointment. A digital certificate will be issued to the user if they have completed their vaccination.

 

By using the system, users able to link to their dependants as many as they want to. Each of the dependant can link to more than one dependant, for example person A uses the system to link his/ her dependent such as spouse, children and parents. A vaccination process needs at least 1 dose, and maximum number of doses to be taken depending on what type of vaccine the user selects. All vaccination information needs to be recorded by the system as the users can view the latest information of a particular vaccine and any new vaccine which has been approved by the government.
