(a) A shareholder owns the shares of the company. A stakeholder is a member of group that has interest in the company's business for multiple reasons apart from just stock performance and can affect or be affected by the business.
(b) Relational work skills is the term used to describe the ways in which professionals interact with each other. Poor interpersonal skills mean that they will find it harder to build good customer relationships, and to understand customer needs. One of such skills is empathy.
(c) Your role as an accountant at Professional Development Bank will be affected negatively by the lack of empathy.
(d) You should practice empathy to improve your weakest relational skill mentioned in (b) above.
