"Measure of a linesegment joining the mid points of two sides of a triangle is 4cm.Find measure of the third side .also explain the result which are used to solve the this problem

The middle line of the triangle is the segment connecting the middle of its
two sides.
The middle line of the triangle property:
The middle line of the
triangle parallel to one of its sides and equal to half of that
side.

Hence 4*2=8 --- length of third side
