cos(x/2)=(1+cosx)/2cos(x/2)=\sqrt{(1+cosx)/2}

for x=120ox=120^o

cos(120/2)=(1+cos120o)/2=(10.5)/2=0.5/2=1/4=1/2cos(120^{\circ}/2)=\sqrt{(1+cos120^o)/2}=\sqrt{(1-0.5)/2}=\sqrt{0.5/2}=\sqrt{1/4}=1/2
