Kobasa (1979). Hardiness represents attitudes and convictions about the world. Sense of
coherence, as developed by Aaron Antonovsky (1979), refers to a cognitive information
processing style, such as the way a person perceives, judges and interprets the world. For the
following data, use the appropriate two-tailed test at the 0.05 alpha level, to determine the
relationship between a person’s hardiness and their sense of coherence.
