I have a data set in form of a csv file. This data set contains profiles of different candidates standing for election in a constituency. The columns present in the csv file are:

Candidate, Constituency, States, Party, Criminal Case, Education, Graduate, Total Assets, Serious Charges, Female Win, Male Electors, Male Voters, Male Turnout, Female Electors, Female Voters, Female Turnout, Total Electors, Total Voters,Turnout

I need to analyse if is it the case that candidates who declared criminal charges have higher chances of winning in the election?
Please help how to proceed for this question?
