If I bought 100 tickets for the UK national lottery, taking into account that the odds of getting 3 numbers in a line is 56-1, what are the odds that I will get 3 lots of 3 numbers across 100 lines.
I used a very approximate way to come up with 5 in decimal odds. ie 4-1,
But I am not sure if that is right or the correct way to work it out. Any help for the correct workings would be appreciated. Thanks
