Epidural anesthesia is commonly used in veterinary medicine for domestic animals. However, there are few studies of the effects of different combinations of commonly used drugs. Therefore, the effects of Lidocaine (2%), lidocaine (2%) + Tramadol (5%) or Tramadol (5%) alone on the duration of analgesia was measured in 3 groups of 10 healthy lambs (15-20 kg in weight) following epidural administration of the drugs. Data are shown below. Is there a significant difference in the duration of analgelsia produced by the drugs?
