Under what condistions we cannot apply hypopthesis test for comparing two proportion?
[For example if we have a sample that the subjects are the persons who accept oragree to get diet(there are the persons in population that did not agree),can we consider it as a reason that the hypothesis test (two proportion)cannot be applied?]
Or there are other things that we cannot carry out this test!?
