So,

$1000=\dfrac{x-\mu}{\frac{\sigma}{\sqrt{n}}}\\\implies \dfrac{\sigma}{\sqrt{5}}=\dfrac{12000-7000}{1000}\\\implies \sigma=5\times \sqrt{5}=11.18$
