Coefficient of variation for the teachers' ages: CVa=638=0.1579.CV_a=\frac{6}{38}=0.1579.

Coefficient of variation for the teachers' salaries: CVs=15004000=0.375.CV_s=\frac{1500}{4000}=0.375.

Since CVs>CVaCV_s>CV_a , the teachers' salaries is more variable.
